IACNY Doctor Voted One of the Best in CNY

Dr. Karen Heitzman was featured in the most recent issue of Central New York magazine as one of the 183 best doctors of the region, as voted by her peers.  The listing is the result of a survey administered by Best Doctors Inc, which asked physicians to rate the skills of their peers.

Dr. Heitzman says in her interview that although there are some downsides to becoming a physician, the positives strongly outweigh them.  "These are more than made up for by the incredible privilege of being allowed into people's lives and the amazing gift of trust that people allow you to treat them."
