Mark S. Erlebacher, MD

Dr. Erlebacher received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York At Buffalo. He attended medical school at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and did his residency at the University of Miami Hospitals. Prior to joining IACNY in 2007, Dr. Erlebacher ran a private practice in Fayetteville, NY for 25 years. He is board-certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Erlebacher is the medical director and staff physician for the Jewish Health and Rehabilitation Center of Central New York at Menorah Park. Since 1996, he has served on the Medical Admissions Committee at Upstate Medical University, and was named a clinical professor of medicine there in 2004. From 2000 - 2002, Dr. Erlebacher served as president of the university's Medical Alumni Association, a group with which he is still very active today. In 2002, Dr. Erlebacher received the Physician Service Award from the Onondaga County Medical Society. He is married to Marci, a community leader in her own right, and has two sons, Eric and Alec, who are all a source of great pride and love for him.


Karen K. Heitzman, MD

Dr. Heitzman received her bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. She attended medical school and did her residency at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Prior to joining IACNY in 2007, Dr. Heitzman worked in a group practice maintained by Upstate Medical University in Manlius, NY. She is board-certified in internal medicine.



J. Kurt Concilla, DPM, DABPS

Dr. Concilla received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburg. He attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine, and did his residency at the Legacy Portland Hospitals in Oregon. Prior to joining IACNY in 2005, Dr. Concilla ran a private practice in Syracuse. He is board-certified in podiatric surgery and podiatric orthopedics, and is a member of the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. Dr. Concilla lives with his wife and two children in Cazenovia, and in his spare time enjoys outdoor activities such as sailing, bicycling, skiing, and mountain climbing.





E. Kristin Cominsky, RNNP

Ms. Cominsky completed the nurse practitioner program at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Prior to joining IACNY in 2007, she worked in a group practice maintained by Upstate Medical University in Manlius, NY. Ms. Cominksy is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
